To say the least she has NOT been a good casino host at all. And then about 6 months after that l was assigned a new casino host. She would communicate with us about concerts, VIP dinners, etc.
The casino host that we had right after getting to Onyx was great. It's a 2 1/2 hour drive to Durant for us.
We made several trips in 2022 from Oklahoma City to play at the casino to get to Onyx level. As a Onyx member with Choctaw Casino in Durant I am just appalled about the way this casino handles its rewards program and perks for their guest.
